Non-Fashion Statement

SuperChic has been sick all week, so there have not been any great fashion statements. That was until this morning, and of course it wasn't what I expected to hear. Though I probably should have.

 

As you can see she is very smiling and happy. that's because she's on her second cup of hot chocolate. Notice that hat and purple velour jacket. Well, the hat she deemed ok to wear. The track suit on the other hand was not on her list of things to wear today. She declared very stubbornly, "I don't want to wear these, they're ugly." Obviously I won the battle. But only because I told her it was to cold to wear anything else and she could change if it got warmer, (It's about 57F outside now).

 

This is the other reason she's smiling. Can you guess what it is?

We all watched it once on Tuesday. Then she watched it four, count them one, two, three, four, times yesterday. And I don't mean once in the morning, then agin in the afternoon and evening. No this was back to back, and it'll probably be the same way today.

She's seen it enough that she's already learned some of the lyrics to some of the songs. And no, we didn't have it on VHS for her to watch before. So if you plan on being here anytime soon, be prepared for Part of Your World, Under the Sea, and Kiss the Girl to play in your dreams.
